Technical Could not customize character.

I just recently purchased a character from the store and with it I bought character recustomization. And sadly I'm getting the message "Could not customize character". I have read a few other posts mentioning that it might have something to do with WoD models etc. I don't use the WoD client. My assumption is that the seller was however using the WoD client models. I tried downloading the WoD client to see if it would work then, but the torrent doesn't seem to be working at the moment. At least for me anyway.

try to pick a different hair style ( you will be able to change it at barber shop later)

Thanks, skullatbash I tried that but still having the same issue. I'm guessing there was a specific appearance option that was applied that isn't changeable at the barber shop.

Did this get handled? I'm have the same issue. I've literally tried dozens of combinations (skin color, face, hairstyle).
No addons loaded and using a WotLK client. AND double checked that the names are no in use on Icecrown. Any help would be appreciated.
