    Can't learn any engineering spec after unlearning one via the book.

    As the title says I unlearned goblin engineering, but now I can't pick up the quest anywhere in the world to learn gnomish or goblin. Is this a known bug or something? Or am I just missing something?

    Figured it out now you have to use the book again to learn a spec too not just to unlearn it.
