ok so here is the deal for some reason i got banned for ninja looting and that is a lie ,i remember i missrolled on a trinket and i didnt notice it was proc on hit(im a priest healer) some dude was so trigger happy to report even tho he won the loot and just left dungeon without letting me explian ? i think its very unfair that i got my acc banned with out even giving me a chance to explain my side what so ever wtf ???? how do i get in touch with a G.M?

They never contact the player for his side of the story before giving a ban.
You can make a ban appeal using support system on website here. But ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week. Since your ban is most likely shorter than that, you won't get your ban duration reduced in any case.

Reports have to come with evidence, be it video or screenshots.

have you ver thought proof might be manipulated and certain parts of what was said has been hidden and not shown ? it is unfair to hear 1 side i never ninja looted why would i ninja loot a trinket for melee i clearly didnt notice stats and i even said if i get it i will give it to higher roller it was a mistake

mistake or not, you ninja'd, you were reported and you were banned. next time pay more attention to what you're doing.

but isnt ninja looting part of it from keeping the loot ? whats the point of being called ninja loot if u dont get any item at teh end there was no misunderstanding i didnt get the piece and a melee got it what was the problem i apologized ???
