gm can't see the url ???

i did a ninja loot report and i made sure i provided enough details in a form of a screenshot but for some reason this gm is asking me again and again for a prof , i mean it's there , the url is there !!
idk as you can see the link is there but for some reason the gm isnt able to see ???

I removed the screenshot because we like to keep player reports and associated evidence off the forums. You should contact the head GM with a private message about it.
