I found out from several sources you need to be shield block capped for tanking Anub'arak, or the burrowing adds, I'm not sure.

1.) No idea what you're aiming at here..

2.) As much exp as possible..

I use; glyph, 4p t10 with lady 25hc helm, vdw boots and the lk mace.
You can gem exp+stam in red sockets and use expertise food to get a bit extra.

People also like to go for the eof chest but i prefer getting the hit from the helm.

I tank Togc in regular gear.
I guess if you want to go block rating you have to use t9 with block offparts.
