    Issue with toon trade service

    I recently purchased a toon using the trade service.. I understood that the toon would not have any items or anything but the quest chain that the character was left in has altered the world in a way that has made the game unplayable. In help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    If you're referring to he Battle for the Undercity questline, open a ticket in-game and explain your issue. A GM should finish the quest for you or port you to the normal phase.
