WotLK Cloak clipping on mount, is that normal?

The clipping between the cloak and the steed's butt is something i noticed just recently, but it's been bugging me to no end.

Is it normal, or is it a problem on my side only?

Well I think I saw it infinite times in my life, so it's pretty normal I guess. Some capes are just longer.
