Realms CD Reset after a duel.

Hello everyone community..
As a player who likes all kinds of content both PvP and PvE, I really like the idea that the cd would be reset in duels.
This would bring great benefits to the player, for example:
- Learn to manage your class more in PvP.
- Keep yourself busy while queuing for BG or some Raid.
- Motivate more people to pvp.
- Have fun playing duels with friends or people, as it can be boring waiting 3 minutes of CD to play 100%.

I am a player of the Lordaeron Kingdom and I am very happy in that kingdom but I see the dueling area, Dalaran, Durotar and Elwynn Forest very unpopulated, and this would help to have more movement in those areas.
I clarify I suggest that it only be the CD reset in duels like under Dalaran, a few yards outside Orgrimmar and a few yards outside Stormwind. This way you won't harm the world PvP.
