WotLK Hard time getting into wintergrasp

I tryed to Q up for wintergrasp 5 times this weekend. always full.

tryed to Q up as soon as possible and still didnt get in.
Any reason ?

do you queue when Battle begin or 15 min before? ( player can queue up when -15min)

I tryed to Q as soon as its available. 15 prior.
Tryed to be in wintergrasp way before it starts too.
Last time we were a group of 4 friends, one of us got in and told us that our side had 4 stacks of tenacity, so I dont even think its a matter of balance.

It's likely multiboxers are taking up the space. Try accepting as soon as the call to WG pops up.

Been doing that. last 2 times i was just waiting for the 15 min mark.
