Tome of Cold Weather Flight

Is it possible to buy Tome of Cold Weather Flight in dalaran on this server? I can't see it when i speak with hira snowdawn, or is it just me? I looked it up and on the other servers apparently you can buy it.

It's possible but not atm. It was added in later patches - Frostmourne is too early in its stage so it isn't introduced yet.
