Can somebody help me? when ı try to login it says 'Patch required' every time. How can ı fix this?

you need to login by using warmane account name, not email address.

If it does not work, download the client again: https://www.warmane.com/download > "Wrath of the Lich King (Old)"

Did you download MoP minimal client? Blizzard removed support for it so you can't run the game like that anymore. Download the full one if that is the case.
