Support Tickets are on the website and already allow copy/pasting, so I'll assume you mean in-game tickets. Those are part of the game, so I'm not sure there even is a way to make the window accept copy/pasting, or at least one that doesn't involve either making changes to the client or making an add-on just for that, neither of which are worth it just for the sake of you not typing a little. Regarding the character limit, it's made in that way (also on the client, and probably not even something an add-on can change) exactly so players send a direct and straight-to-the-point ticket, instead of weaving a pages long unnecessary tale.
