[ANSWERED]Is the mage spell Deepfreeze bugged on warmane?

The damage dont show up on screen and i cannot test it on dummies. Frost pve is a viable spec despite what everyone thinks , but not without Deepfreeze. What is the state of that spell and why cant i see the damage?
