like every day I do my random ones to get coins. On this occasion I felt the need to arm myself as a healer. For that reason, send dice to an item of the said painless and win. The item was low level and a player reported me. Currently my account is reported for 5 days. I ask that the sanction be lifted

If you queued as DPS or tank and pressed "Need" on a healer item, that's against the rules and you got banned because you broke the rules. If it's an item that you need for another spec, you should press "Greed" instead.
