WotLK Where do you get to report players

I have encountered a racist player role-playing as one of the famous racist cults, the three k's to be precise, and running in gold shire and asking where he can ind black people to... well no need to continue.
So please can you point me to where can i go to report that player? Racisme should not be allowed in any forme or shape, not even as a joke.

Usually, when it comes to racism if it's under /whisper or /say GMs just tell you to ignore him. If it's on global you can report it for 2 days ban I believe.
