Mudskunk Fishing Lure

Hi there,

I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how to the the Mudskunk fishing lure? I did some googling and it seems I have to buy it from Nat Pagle but when I go to him it gives that bag icon that vendors have but I am not able to see what he has for sale? He just says something to me.

I have done the previous quests for him and I am max fishing, so I'm just a little confused on how to get this lure.

If i remember correct you have to get in Zul'gurub at pagles point which is kinda in front of the place with the tigers ( just google zulgurub pagles point), theres a box that when looted gives a measuring tape that you have to bring to nat pagle , after you do that he will have the option to buy the lure.
