WotLK Pre bis casters` trinkets priority list

hi guys !

Even that I thoroughly searched on the forum and on other sites I didnt find any priority lists of trinkets for casters (in my case Fmage, boomy and spriest).

The bis are known - CTS HC and Phylactery of the Nameless Lich HC.

But what is the priority for pre bis? Is it depends on other gear stats? Is it depends on the other trinket? Is there a difference between classes (crit for mage, haste for spriest)?

I put up a list according to item level:
