Good afternoon, my pj sharptrance server icecrow talents are buggy, [Avenger's Shield] just hit a target, restart talents and nothing, and per game they don't fix problem. Please be able to solve.

2. What is the bug? it hits target and slow him by 50%. What else should do ?

I think it's only hitting one target on him. Idk if he expects the shield to bounce to targets far away, as it has rather limited range to its bounce.
Patch 3.0.3 (04-Nov-2008): The Avenger’s Shield bounce distance has been reduced to 10 yards (from 15).

It's not bugged, you have the GLYPH that does that: http://armory.warmane.com/character/...ecrown/talents
It's the http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/spell=54930 it "hits 2 fewer targets" meaning 3 - 2 = 1 target only
