Site Cant submit support ticket

Im trying to submit a support ticket to recover an old lost account, but it keeps saying


"Your ticket information contains illegal characters, try again."

is there any email or something i can send the ticket to? Im just trying to submit simple TEXT, i even tried removing emails/links from the ticket, and it still didnt work.

Yes, you can email [email protected]
Illegal characters are anything other than . (dot, full stop), , (comma), ! (exclamation mark) and ? (question mark). So you can only use .,!?, nothing else.
