character trasnfer

Hello world :D

i'm comming back to wow this days, so i came back to my old server, but as i can see that is getting empty each day more, like 100 ppl or less, so no RDFs no BGs while leveling.
i opened a in game ticket to talk about it with some GM, but no answers so far.
i want to know if here i can get some char trasnfered from another server (blizzlike server)
if yes, what can be trasnfered?
i have 9 chars and i'm a guild master of my guild, what happans with it?
