Mate I understand Your frustration, im anti-toxic people as well. However in this story it seems like You are overreacting a bit? Of course You can report this guy with ss evidence, but I would be highly surprised if any actions will be taken towards him.
To be honest You will meet people way more rude and You'll hear many many worse words in future (some of them should really be reported). Maybe its time to think if You really want to play MMO game?
