Technical Low FPS!

Hello everyone!

I am a big fan of the game, I have been playing for over 8 years and never had performance issues with my PCs. Recently, a few months back, I bought a new machine, a laptop- i7, 8RAM, SSD and 1050 (Rough specs). The laptop is not anything special, but it should be able to run a 10-year-old game at least with 60fps.
For some reason even when the laptop is being charged the average framerate is between 30 and 35. It is very annoying especially when it drops down to 20fps because of too many mobs nearby or whatever else may cause the low.
I would be very grateful if someone knows what the reason may be and could show me the right way.

Try using Large Address Aware.
