Account email lost

I lost access to my email (a comcast email) that i had been using for years. Comcast said they had a glitch in their system and lost over a thousand emails and basically everyone that had been using one of those emails were screwed. Is there any possible way for me to gain back access to my account somehow? ><

I remember my login information and everything. But it just sends an authentication to that email that had been lost. Please helppp
