tl;dr: use right click for movement

Some 2+ months ago I fractured my left wrist and had to undergo surgery. Obviously, I would have to change all game functions to the right hand. Luckily, I have a Naga mouse with the buttons on the side and the razor macro creator so some of my predicament was resolved. But I had to keybind a lot of other essential keys; the modification keys, space bar, and tab, come to mind. My point is that I started using the right-click as movement in all x-y directions. The function of the right-click action was switched to the middle scroll button and it took little time for me to familiarize myself with the new movements. However, configuring the other manual executions for the left hand's duties was extensive. Neither Blizzard nor Naga nor both would accept the left-click as any other keybind in case you're wondering.

I have recovered from the surgery to about 85% manual dexterity and ***I'm never going back to ASDW for movement*** The use for those keys is being used for more important endeavors and since this style is substantially more proficient for me I am continuing it's movements. Having use of my left hand, however, relieved the toll from remembering all those keybindings and macros.

So that's how I continued to play WoW proficiently until I with one hand.

BTW: I was so disappointed when I discovered that a gaming pad like the Razer Tartarus V2 for the left-hand yet.
