Gunship bug

So we were doing an icc25 we figured out it was on normal difficulitt on gunship, we wanted to do it on heroic so every1 jumped off the ship, but the ship was bugged and only Muradin was there, every1 came out and now no1 can get in, it sayies "Unable to zone in while an encounter is in progress", it has been like this for over 20 mins, any help?

P.S dont say to make ticket... it takes 1 day for the awnser and we wanted to raid now...
