Hello! I know this is a super long shot, but I have an old account from when this used to be Molten Wow (paid customer etc)... is there any chance it's possible to retrieve it? (I still have access to the email address but password resets don't work).

You might get it back but without any of the characters that used to be on it. Only reason you could want to get it is if it had premium status. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with as much proof of ownership of the account that you can get.
