If you bought wrong item with coins, or send it to wrong character, send a ticket via My Account -> Support -> Create Ticket ->Item Misbuy. The ticket must be sent within 24 hours of purchase. Prepare to wait for few days for Warmane to process your ticket.
Warmane do not offer support for items bought with points, gold, or any other in-game currency.

Then either you didn't buy it with coins you donated for or the time limit to open the ticket is over already. The ticket option only shows if you have an item eligible to ask for a refund.
