I cant get the starting quest for the sons of hodir quest chain

Hi guys,

I wanted to start the sons of hodir quest chain and did all the quests in the village but I still cant get the starting quest from Gretchen Fizzlespark.

Do I have to do another specific quest or what am I missing here?

Maybe try to go to the cave and find quest there its above that village i forgot name of it since i haven't logged for about 4 5 months into the game
