Could not customize character

Hello,

I purchased a Recustomization for my toon for 10 coins.

I recustomized everything sex, face, hair..... but kept the same name.

But I can't complete the recustomization as I get the message 'Could not customize character'.

Any ideas on why this is happening ?

Change haircut, some hair styles are buggy.
