WotLK Discarded my ashen band icc reputation ring by accident

Trying to change my dps ring to heal i destroyed the dps ring and now the NPC that gives the quest and the ring wont have the option to give it back. Id like to have it back if its posbile (healer prefferd). Thanks for ur atention im wating for a reply.
For adittional information my char's name is Laweaa and this happened a week ago or more
