I have a problem with fps on my laptop (i5 9300hf,gtx 1660ti 6gb,16gb ram)
I have 60 fps in dalaran i turned off v-sync and shadow quality.
That is becouse wow work on old machine? .. any solution?

You could try downloading Large Address Aware and applying it to WoW.exe
That's pretty much all you can do.
