How to get 2 reputation rings from icc?

On my shaman i have elemental and enhancment spec. So i need ring for casters and ring for melee. How do i get both of them? What to do when you have dual spec in 2 different categories?

Go to the vendor and trade your current ring for the one you need.
I think you can donate for the other ring which allows you to have 2 of them, im not sure tho.

Option 1: you take the quest to change ring from NPC inside ICC (at cost of 100 or 200 gold each time)
Option 2: you buy 1 ring at store for 23 Coins. (so 1 ring equipped and 1 in your bag) https://www.warmane.com/account > Store
