Realm Change / Migration (POINTS)

Hello, i would like to know how does it work with realm changes to migrate a character (from frostmane to lordaeron)
I see that i require points to do so but i dont know how to get them, and not even the option to change realm is possible (in the store)

you can't move to lord. once the seasons over frostmourne characters will be moved to icecrown. if you want to play on lord you'll have to start a character there.
