I have ran all over the place and I can't seem to find the quest for starting Gnomish Engineering. I have been tanaris, ratchet, booty bay, and ironforge. I am lvl 80 and my engineering is 411. I have even tried going to streamwheedle port and seeing if the book would help but nope. Is there an issue with engineering on frostmourne? The starter quest is no where to be found.
