Hi, old user here, I was active in 2017, donated n all, but life took me in the other direction. So after a few years I wanted to play wow, came to my account and my password and email were changed..and the worst part, I cannot see any of my characters in the "my account". What can I do? I want to play with my old chars because I donated money for the mounts n all. Can anyone help me out?

Unfortunately, if you lost your account you will not get anything back. Warmane's stance is "your account your responsibility", they even offer 2 factor authentification both by mail and phone to make sure your account is safe. You'll have to start from scratch.

You can not see your characters on "website" if they have been flagged for a rename
So you need to check in-game (by logging with a wow client)

I believe there was, but do make sure to do what skullatbash told you, perhaps you still have them on the account if you only checked on the website.
