Technical Back from a long hiatus and all my character names are gone

Hey there!

All my character's names are gone, as well as their gear appears to be gone (they are naked in character select screen) and it says their names have been "flagged for rename".

What can we do to revert this?

If only their name was flagged for rename it could've been due to name resets that happen every year however since his gear is missing aswell it's likely someone broke into your account. If that is the case you will not get anything back.
