I think it's too annoying to open a ticket every time, and write all of the fields over and over again. I can develop a little PHP based software that will inject itself into the game. When that happens you will be able to press a certain key, or combination of keys, and a menu will pop up inside the game. This works the same way as the Steam platform. While you are playing your game, you can shift-tab to access steam without pressing alt+tab. This software will work in this way so that it can be more easily accessible for the players. The software will have it's fields ready for input: Player name, reson for report, proofs ect. Does that sound more comfortable to you guys? Let me hear an opinion.
True, but as a programmer i think that exception can be added? The anti-cheat is server sided. It can add exception for certain process that was injected in the game. However, i asked to hear opinions. And wait wait! I saw hacker at the battleground like 4 days ago, i didn't open my recording software fast enough so that i can report him. So how did not the anti-cheat trigger itself?
You didn't open the recording software fast enough? So the PHP script would also record? So the idea is to have a PHP script injected into the game, recording the screen, uploading it god knows where and posting a link?
Here's a protip: To quickly record gameplay on Windows press Start+Alt+R, for linux I have the same global hotkey for SSR and **** macos.
I dislike the idea as I don't see how it would speed things up from my usual "Hello, I'd like to report dolcokidol for reason, happened around 2:04AM, here's some evidence url" and it would involve running some PHP which could trigger anticheat or do worse.
