Here's a situation:
A while back I was in Underbog in Zangarmarsh, trying to farm xmog gear. I got to a boss, aggroed it, fought it for about 5 seconds - and then it just disappears. About 10 seconds it comes back, unaggroed, at full health - meaning unless you can drop the boss in a couple seconds, you ain't killing it.
I thought it was just a fluke, so I tried it again. Same thing happened. I gave up and went to the next boss. Same thing happened. For reference, the two bosses were Gahz'rilla and Black Stalker.
I petittioned a GM, they said to make a bug report. Problem is that I went ahead and looked up to see if this bug report exists already.
Oh, it does. Apparently it's existed for a while. Several threads were made about this exact thing happening. Two of them were marked "closed" saying they couldn't replicate the problem, and the rest were just left unanswered.
This tells me that it's not just my account, computer, etc. This is clearly some kind of bug. However, GMs are on record saying it's not a bug.
What do you do when you encounter a bug that GMs say doesn't exist, when you know for certain fact that it does?

Cuz it's not a bug. You need to kill all bosses before getting to final one

I could've sworn I killed Hungarfen (first boss) before and still had Ghaz'an (second boss) bug out, but I'll try it again the next time I log on.
