Bugged quest, don't know where to go!

Hey guys,

So, I don't know where to go for help. I opened a ticket in-game, but can't find any information on whether that is serviced or not. I looked around and submitted a support request here on the website, but now gather that it might not be responded to because it's a bug and not an account problem.

I dunno what to do or where to go for help, any information would be appreciated.
