WotLK Where do i report players?

Greetings,

I was told that i should report players here on the forums, more precisely to PM the Head GM Aldtharios.

However I have sent him a message on 1st of December and today is 5th of December.

4 days have passed since then and I still didn't receive any message from him if the reported players were banned or anything.

I also see that there isnt a staff member list thread on this forum.

I do not open tickets in game because they get answered after 7-10 days after I open the ticket which is ridiculously way too long.

Can anyone guide me?

Tickets both in-game and through forum take a while so be patient.
Players are usually reported through in-game ticket: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325598
but they can also be reported with the same proof to the GMs through the forum (private message) as you were instructed.

Dude, there isnt a staff members thread here so i can see whos GM and whos Admin, how should i know whos GM or whos admin???

No, there isn't. They usually have forum titles - forum moderator, game master etc. so if you do find them you'll know the difference. Aldtharios is the head GM as you said so if you want to report via forum PM he's the guy to send the message to. As I said, in-game tickets are used for reports 99% of the time.

Yes I know that staff members have forum titles but I can't search the entire member database just to look for a GM right? :D

Aldtharios didn't reply to my message for 4 days now and he is online every day as i see...

As I said, in-game tickets are being answered 7 to 10 days after I open which is ridiculously long.

Please note that if you decide to send PM via forum to member of GAMEMASTER team then you will need to include realm name as well. We also cannot guarantee that forum PM will be replied to in timely manner due to various reasons.

[edit] Btw, I've sent Aldtharios private messages in the past, which hadn't been answered for weeks. So, it's not uncommon if he hasn't replied to you yet.

not sure why you're so concerned about a reply, even if you do get 1 it's likely only going to say "we'll look into it".
