Various Newbie Questions

Greetings.
I am still downloading the client and i wanted to ask:

-Is the Lordaeron x1 server decently populated?

-I Plan to play Horde and a healer although i havent decided on specifics yet.
I see in the Armory page mostly Alliance people "dominating" the boards.
So, should i be afraid that it wont be that easy to find people to raid and pvp with as a horde member?

-Is it doable to level up purely as a holy healer without a guild as a newcomer?

-Any other general tips are more than welcome!

Yes, it is.

If you're looking at PvP side of things, yes, Alliance are most definitely in an advantage, due to their OP PvP racial ability.
Will it be hard to find raids on Horde? No. Horde is a lot more active PvP-wise.
Will it be hard to find someone to PvP with in arenas? Yes, since arenas are crossrealm and you'll be at disadvantage.

-Is it doable to level up purely as a holy healer without a guild as a newcomer?

Yes, but it's slow. You can go somewhat damage-Holy (while leveling atleast) by puttin some points into talents that improve Holy's damage abilities like Searing Light talent.

-Any other general tips are more than welcome!

Read a beginner guide on your spec before starting to play and you'll have much easier time leveling.
