WotLK Paladin AOE farming gear help

Hello guys I've made my paladin to AOE farm and collect cloth, green items from 67/68 level tbc dungeons and 77-80 level icecrown pack of mobs.
Can you give me suggestion how to gear him for this scenario limited to PoS,FoS,Hor and EoT. I'm running 0/53/18 spec and I think about going full tank gear (2xt9 for hammer dmg) with STR gems for more offensive power, 2.6k agility weapon and shield with spikes enchant. Should i look for specific stats, Do i need def cap... I need to have good sustain but still dmg to clear fast.. What would u recommend guys.

You won't need defence cap. Critical strikes from these mobs should be no big issue for a Level 80 plate wearer.

Two pieces T9 is good for the bonus
damage on HotR and the head and legs give high block value.

For the rest of your gear you can go full plate DPS gear. Try to avoid ARP and maybe get 1 or 2 extra tank items with high block value to reach the cap.
Darkmoon Card: Greatness is an easy to get and good trinket, if you want to spend the gold on it.

For sustain you will be fine. Seal of Light
can heal you up fast when you have multiple targets to hit with HotR.

For mana sustain just be careful to not drop Divine Plea.

Avoid places with lots of caster mobs!



A Retribution spec would work for this, top.
You would have to pull less mobs at a time, but could kill them faster.
Also you would have better mana sustain and less problems with casters.
