Problem with ICC ring.

Hello, I came here because I can't change my ICC ring I don't know why, I hope to get an answer. My character name its Yarnam

Your ICC rep needs to be higher to change it.

I know when i get The next level of rep i will be able to choose another ring. But thats not my problem. They said I can change the ring paying 150 or 200 gold I don't remember now the exact amount. Well I can't do that I can't change my ring, and I really need to cuz I pick the wrong one. And yes I know a fool
