WotLK sended a mail to my alt with stuff and never recevied the mail

Hello,

maybe an admin would help me with this problem.
I therefore sent an email with Eternal fire on one of my characters, but I never received the email on this character in question, as if he had disappeared.
can you help me please because it was a fairly high number of this so a lot of money

check if there is an other character with the same name of your alt

If not, it means you have send the mail to the wrong character (and there is no support for such mistake)

If you sent it across accounts make sure at least 1hr has passed for it to arrive.

i send it to last person and that was my alt there was no stranger in that list only my alts so i don't understand what happend
