WotLK How to get the Ivory Raptor?

I think it's an amazing looking mount and it even gives the "Old School Ride" feat of strength aci, so I wanted to buy it. I checked on the store but I couldn't find it.
Is it maybe the Horde version of the Frost Ram or White Mechanostrider Mod B?

I'm horde and I wonder what happens If I buy these mounts as a horde player. I just simply can't use them or do they transfrom into horde classic mounts?

The Frost Ram is the Alliance version of the Ivory Raptor. The White Mechanostrider Mod B is the Alliance version of the Teal Kodo.

If you buy those mounts you won't be able to use them because you have to be Alliance to learn them. If you transfer to Alliance, learn the Frost Ram, and then transfer to Horde, it should become the Ivory Raptor.

Back in the day all those mounts were available in the point store.
