    How to leave the lower bracket of battlegrounds

    I want to know how to escape the hell that the lower bracket of BGs is. I read somewhere that just having one piece of gear of a certain ilvl is enough, anybody knows what the threshold is?

    ilvl that is not available on frostmourne.

    So any 264 icc boe should be enough.
