WotLK Possible Scroll/Buff bug?

Hi,

on Blackrock realm when I use Drums of Forgotten Kings and then when i use Blessing of Might on myself the FK buff is getting removed.

When I use Scroll of Strength VIII on myself and then I use Drums of the Wild the scroll buff gets removed.

Also when I use Drums of the Wild first and then I use Scroll of Strength it says: " A more powerful spell is already active " and the Scroll charge is getting consumed in the process.

Is this a bug or is it supposed to work like this?

With FK and BoM - only one blessing per paladin, so ofc new blessing replaces old one.
Drums of wild is stronger buff, so ofc it applies instead of strength scroll.
Same with reverse. You can't apply weak buff over stronger.
Scrolls are meant to be consumable for leveling, their buffs get overwriten by any class buff with same effect for sake of not getting 30+ buffs for ridiculous numbers like it was in vanilla WoW with all flasks, world buffs etc.
