Character bought from trade system

I have bought this character from warmane trade system and i can not get my ring from Ashen Verdict reputation, because character has already a friendly status with them. Name of the ring is "Ashen Band of Destruction". I opened the ticket few days ago in-game, and i didn't get any respond. Is it possible to solve this case? Could you help me somehow?
Name of the character is Atanaas on realm Icecrown.

Only GMs in-game can help you solve it. They'll reset the "questline" for you and you'll be able to get the ring. Wait for a response.
If you don't want to wait you can donate and buy the ring for coins on the website.
