Technical IP Ban - not really sure why

Hey, just as title says, i've logged in to the site first time in more than 1 year (i logged in previously when i was considering coming back just to find that my account was robbed and administration didnt give a single ****, in the end i just changed password), just to find that my "IP" was banned for suspicious activity, IP that i have acquired around 1 month ago after change of ISP, is there any way to resolve this as I could not "participate" in because i had no WOTLK client on my PC HDD for last 2 years nor i have had that IP previously.

If there is a message saying what IP address is banned, check if it's actually your IP address. If it's not, it's possible that someone else could have accessed your account and got it banned. If it is your IP address, someone else probably has used that IP address for suspicious activities before you got it. In any case, you can send an email to [email protected] to solve the issue since the ban is most likely preventing you from accessing support section on website.
