Technical No totems

I bought a shaman from a website store. I thought the tasks weren't done but they looked like they were done. I don't have fire totem, air totem, earth totem and water totem. I cannot do quests to get them, because I can't see this quests. I do not know what to do with it. Sorry for my english. Please help

Did you enable low-level quest tracking ?

Yes. Everything looks like the quests are already done. The purchased character had nothing in the bags or in the bank.

Btw by equipping any relic (ranged weapon slot) will allow to use your totem's spells

Thanks Skullatbash, I didn't know that any relic will let me use my totem's spells. That's just what I meant.
